制造装备及工艺
     我公司现有主要机电设备80多台,其中大型精密设备8台。金属切削机床20多台。工厂下设铸造、锻造、铆焊、机械加工、齿轮加工、热处理、总装等车间。厂内设有内燃爱博体育安卓版下载调试专用线。

    1.钢结构的下料和成形零件的加工及组装

    4.变扭器箱和车轴齿轮箱的加工
    上述两种箱体在我厂专用机床上完成各工序的加工。B46和B85两种变扭器(泵轮、涡轮和导向轮)利用数控铣床加工成形,组合后在热处理车间钎焊完成。

The factory consists of casting, forging, riveting, machining, gear processing, heat treatment, assembly and other workshops. The factory has a dedicated line for the commissioning of diesel locomotives.
The production of all the key parts of the locomotive not only has a reasonable process, but also uses advanced process equipment and equipment to ensure product quality.
1. Processing and assembly of scrap and forming parts of steel structure
Such work is done in the riveting workshop. Steel parts processing in the four-axis reel machine. Steel plates of various thicknesses are machined on a planer and then welded. The welding of large parts such as the bottom frame, side wall, ceiling, cab, etc. of the steel structure is completed by large group welding table and flipping equipment.
2. Advanced and reasonable bogie production technology
